I'm sorry I don't remember going there.
VA hospital outpatient clinic appointment. Well organized. No delays.
Everytime I go there, the staff is always so respectful. Plenty of parking. Need an ID to enter premises.
As a Veteran with many needs, the VA experience with Saint Albans is awesome
I was very quiet it look quite ok.
Some people have a calling. THEY shine brightly.Others earn a pay check & do as little as possible This place is under staffed. The clothes dryer in one unit has been out of service for over 5 months. So much for "Laundry Week". The food is awful. They need better funding. Maybe next election.
Tried to call some how got transferred to Brooklyn campus but other than that when I got here straight to the point down to business. Went for administrative papers work.
Strict security. Pleasant personell. Clean
This place has many ups and downs, a lot of the people act as if they don't wish to be here. But it is local and better then a lot of the others.
My father was here for the last days of his life, and although it is a hard time right now the staff were and are very helpful and loving.
Appts. Always on time ! Staff is extremely courteous and friendly.
My daddy just passed away and he considered this his home and all that took care of him and loved him we're his family and will always be a part of our family..He had the best care and was the happiest here @St.Albans .God Bless all that have been a part of my Daddy life for the past 4 years. Not to mention Dad had left from here to the Navy in The 40's....and returned here when he was injured. So it's really his home for the past 70 years😊
A historic location.... Wonderful & thoughful staff .
They need volunteers to help with the Vets.. If anyone is interested, go to the veterans hospital. Saint Albans.
I went there for a housing information. They are very good for explaining everything and making sure you understand.
Looking forward to landing a job there. Love my veterans men and women.
Great center. There's a church not far from where I heard the most terrific gospel ever!!

Awesome staff. My father, Mitchell Hardy passed away on January 7, 2016 at the Palliative Care section of the Department of Veterans Affairs in St. Albans Queens, NY. I really appreciate the care and commitment of the staff to honor the vets and help the families as they go through the process of letting their love ones make their final journal to their resting place. Thank you Staff of St. Albans. I especially want to thank Winsome Dyer, Arlene Blackett and Chaplain Edward Conway for making yourself always available to answer questions in a caring and loving way. This was not an easy experience, but helping to prepare our family was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. Just so grateful, my dad, Mitchell Hardy was able to transition from this world into an earthly kingdom with dignity and love.
